As WEConnect International's Japan Market Lead, our CEO, Hirose, participated in the event, "How Supplier Diversity Works for Everyone" and took part in a panel discussion.
The event took place on April 4, 2023 at the Google Japan event site in Tokyo.
During the panel discussion, she communicated the importance of diversity, and spoke based on her experiences and hardships not only as a Japan Market Lead, but also as one female business owner.
As Japan Market Lead for WEConnect International, she will continue to actively communicate the importance of D&I, not just supplier diversity.
